Y es que el Anibal no está resultando un buen vehículo y ya desde las primeras entregas comenzaron a aparecer diversas pegas, achacadas inicialmente a su 'juventud'.
Sin embargo, pocos ( o ningún) usuarios han hablado bien de él, y cuando no eran problemas eléctricos, lo eran de transmisión o de calentamiento. Ni siquiera tenía un nivel de confort adecuado para lo que se espera de un vehículo moderno; muchas las quejas de sus usuarios hacen referencia a la mala situación de los pedales o la estrechez de los mismos. De hecho, para aquellos que gocen de cierta memoria, les sorprenderá que el tan denostado en su momento Nissan Patrol (frente a aquellos rocosos Land Rover de Santana) ha pasado a ser ahora el 'preferido'.

Habrá que ver que soluciones se toman desde el EM y Santana Motor, pues desde la declaración de necesaria uniformidad en Noviembre de 2004, han sido alrededor de 1800 los vehículos adquiridos por un monto cercano a los 87 millones de euros. Nunca antes el Ejército había lanzado un plan de renovación de sus siempre envejecidas flotas tan ambicioso como éste, sin embargo, para una vez que se consigue el dinero, el producto no ha dado la talla.

El EA se tiene que "tragar" que se compre el EF-2000 porque España participa en el programa. La buena noticia es que el "cacharro" funciona como se esperaba de él, y parece ser un excelente aparato.
La Armada se tiene que "tragar" que las F-100, y el BPE se construyan en España. La buena noticia es que somos una potencia en estas lides, y aunque la electrónica nos está dando algún que otro problemilla, son barcos admirados y exportados.
Pero... ¿qué leñe nos pasa con todo lo que tiene que desplazarse, mayormente, a ras de suelo?
De verdad que no es una pregunta retórica. Hace poco alguien me dijo que los Leopard 2E están teniendo infinidad de problemas con el cañón. Los BMR divinamente, pero son obsoletos. Los centauro... sin comentarios. Los Anibal son una broma de muy mal gusto. Mal diseñado, peor construido y no cumple con los requisitos iniciales. El lince con un tío que va vendido en la torreta (que viene de serie con un rosario "porsiaca").
¿No podríais explicarme un poco "para tontos" qué demonios pasa?
Con lo sencillo que sería adquirir un buen todoterreno, o fabricarlo bajo licencia con los estándares del original.
Para mí, la solución sería una demanda a Santana. Si te venden un todoterreno que falla más que anda, los tribunales te amparan para que reclames, ¿es que eso no es así cuando el consumidor es ni más ni menos que el ejército español?
No digo que se recuperase la pasta, pero por lo menos depurar responsabilidades políticas y técnicas, que se de una señal de aviso al próximo que intente hacer chanchullos a costa del vital material de defensa, y de paso que quebrase Santana. Me solidarizo mucho con los trabajadores de Santana, pero no se puede pretender que si no es una empresa competitiva la salvemos de la ruina. Que se pongan las pilas o adiós.
No es facil dar una respuesta rapida a la pregunta, retorica o no, que haces rocket, sin embargo, si hay una cosa clara, a pesar de los problemas de los programas EF2000 o de las F100 u otro barco, los procesos de diseño y fabricación de nuestra industria aeronáutica y naval estan a años luz de los procesos industriales de GDSBS, Santana u otras....Como no es bueno generalizar, hay que decir que hay proyectos del ET de gran exito, con otras empresas como Tecnobit o Indra (aunque esta tambien a veces patina).
Y aunque EADS-Casa o Navantia tambien tienen sus 'cositas', exportan sus productos con cierto exito cosa que no podemos decir de SBB, Santana....
Claro Trubia, a eso me refiero.
Tengo buenos amigos en el EA y en la Armada, y te puedo garantizar que están más que satisfechos con sus "cachibaches". Son sistemas de armamento tremendamente sofisticados y, ¡claro!, tienen sus problemas, pero muy dentro de un nivel aceptable de tolerancia.
Que el Anibal, "cacharro" tan sencillo o más que un vehículo de calle, no cumpla con los requisitos mínimos exigidos sólo significa que el nivel de Santana es VERGONZOSO, que lo es y sé de lo que hablo.
No se puede mantener una empresa que no es competitiva, ni lo puede ser en el futuro, a flote a costa de la operatividad/seguridad de las fuerzas armadas y con mi pasta que, por cierto, pago religiosamente y sin rechistar.
En cuanto al resto de programas... por cada uno bueno (me conformo con aceptable) parece que salen tres malos. Da la sensación, siendo un neófito pobremente informado, que no hay rigor en los programas. Ni en la fase de requisitos, ni en la de licitación, adjudicación, pre-producción (esos siempre funcionan de narices), pruebas, producción y entrega.
Por eso lancé la pregunta... porque vosotros sabéis de esto muchísimo más que yo.
debe ser que te fijas en lo bonito, los aviones y los barcos. muy satisfecho debe estar el EA que fue el primero que compro los anibal(ademas sin DNU) y se ha tragado todas las series de anibal(los primeros que recibio llevaban hasta los parachoques civiles).
el problema del ET como dicen es que la industria en la que se sustenta trabaja especialmente con armas, mientras que la aviacion siempre se ha podido camuflar en aquello de la tecnologia o los aviones de transporte(o de magdalenas) y a los astilleros con tal de darles carga de trabajo..., ademas con solo decir que el buque llevaba un hospital... ¿que puedes decir de una pieza de artilleria? ¿que es para lanzar propaganda como esos proyectiles que tenia el m-56?? o de un vehiculo blindado... como dice Trubia solo hay que ver la capacidad de exportacion de la industria terrestre.
En mi opinión, creo que hay que darle tiempo. No es fácil hacer un buen vehículo de estas características para un uso puramente militar. Apuesto a que en Santana se pondrán las pilas y resolverán buena parte de sus incidentes. Eso espero, porque prefiero que sea Español a que me cuelen cualquier cosa extranjera, en claro detrimento de I+D Español.
Me gustaría saber en que ha consistido la colaboración del Ejercito de Tierra con la empresa en el proceso de fabricación del vehículo. De hecho creo que existía un informe anterior a la adquisición del contrato por parte de Santana en el que el Anibal fue el vehículo peor valorado.
Lo que me parece un error grave por parte de nuestro ejercito y que no se debería repetir (pero que se repetirá) es la poca consideración que se tiene a los técnicos y a sus informes.
Es imprescindible la que un equipo del ET se mantenga encima de la empresa en estos casos y que una persona quede en la empresa durante todo el proceso de producción. Aunque sea complicado detectar problemas de fabricación en las primeras fases del proceso, no se nos deberían haber colado tanto vehículo con problemas.
perdón por mi intromisión pero me parece que discutís cosas que nada tienen que ver con la compra de los Anibal Militar. Si se ha comprado este vehículo es porque alguien en anival conoce a alguien en algún lugar influyente a la hora de tomar decisiones y le han untado. por eso tenemos Anibal y no Land Rover. Y me direis ¿y el rg-31 Nyala que? presion pública muertos. Siempre es politiqueo y posibilidades de ser untado lo que hace tomar desiciones. un saludo.
Santana Anibal militar: problemas eléctricos continuos, los fusibles se funden continuamente por lo que las luces quedan inutilizadas. Las juntas de aislamiento se salen y las puertas se desencajan. La dirección deja mucho que desear igual que su potencia. Problemas continuos con los pedales principalmente el de embrague. El deposito de liquido refrigerante suele picarse. NO APTO PARA ZONA DE OPERACIONES.
Dejarles más tiempo todavía??? El chasis y suspensiones del Aníbal son los mismos de los Land Rover Santana de toda la vida (hace 40 años y más)
Los ingenieros de Santana son unos chapuceros inútiles, que no han sabido ni mejorar algo ya existente. Vaya oportunidad que han desperdiciado para hacer un buen producto nacional.
No se han molestado ni siquiera en sustituir las arcaicas ballestas por una suspensión de muelles, por lo menos en el eje delantero.
Y qué decir del control de calidad de Santana...pregúnten a algún usuario de Suzuki Santana, que han llegado a encontrarse un martillo dentro de una puerta, en el hueco entre el panel y la chapa.....
